EKU Homeland Security Students Represent the College of Justice and Safety at the 2017 Posters-at-the-Capitol Event

FRANKFORT, KY – Earlier this month, three senior Homeland Security majors from EKU’s College of Justice and Safety participated in the sixteenth annual Posters-at-the-Capitol program.   The event helps to increase understanding of the important role undergraduate research plays in the education of students among those responsible for higher education funding in Kentucky.

EKU Homeland Security Program Holds 3rd Annual Research Showcase

On Wednesday, December 7, 2016, the Homeland Security Program at Eastern Kentucky University’s College of Justice and Safety held it’s 3rd Annual Research Showcase.  The showcase, consisting of both juried poster and oral presentations, provides an avenue for undergraduate students to demonstrate their work and experience communicating their research with others.&nbs
